As the performance of IT equipment increases, so does the heat and power consumption per square meter. This can lead to what is called a “Hot-Spot”. A Hot –Spot is a situation where not enough cold air is being delivered to the air intake of the computer equipment. This can lead to an increase in equipment failures, which causes down time and costs your company money.
